Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations, learn products, and engage shoppers in a professional, enthusiastic manner.

The role is part-time (up to 25 hours weekly) with duties including equipment setup and maintenance, coordinating with store management, and delivering tasty samples while adhering to safety and cleanliness standards. You will build rapport with store teams and help drive client objectives through excellent service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience.
• Proficient use of personal computers and mobile devices.
• Food safety knowledge and certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain equipment and supplies for in-store events.
• Demonstrate products and engage customers to drive sales.
• Communicate event plans with store management when supervisors are absent.
• Prepare and serve food samples following safety guidelines.
• Document event success and take photos for client records.
• Complete expense reports and online requirements on event days.
