Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking an Associate to conduct in-store food and non-food demonstrations. You will learn products, serve customers, and demonstrate equipment while maintaining a professional appearance.

The role involves engaging consumers, intercepting sales opportunities, and supporting event execution in retail stores. Strong communication and adherence to food safety guidelines are essential.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED, 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Computer Skills: Proficient use of a personal computer and mobile device with applications and internal systems.
• Certificates, Licenses: Food Safety Professional Certification, Local Food handlers permit if required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain event equipment and supplies for demos.
• Communicate with store management when Supervisor is absent.
• Be the point of contact for events in the store and assist other Event Specialists.
• Lead and share knowledge with the team when Supervisor is away.
• Interprete product features and benefits to consumers; engage and sell.
