Job summary

Acosta Group's Product Connections division seeks an Associate to run in-store food and non-food demonstrations, present products, and engage shoppers with professional service. You will manage event equipment and maintain a polished appearance.

You will support supervisors, coordinate with store staff, follow food safety guidelines, and document setup with photos for success stories. This is a part-time role up to 25 hours weekly in retail environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient ability to use and navigate a personal computer and mobile device.
• Food Safety Professional Certification; Local Food handler permit if required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain event equipment and supplies in the backroom area.
• Communicate with store management when Supervisor is absent about upcoming and past events.
• Serve, demonstrate, and engage customers to drive product interest and sales.
• Lead the event team and provide knowledge about products represented.
• Prepare and serve food samples following food safety guidelines and using appliances.
