Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking an Associate to perform in-store demonstrations for food and non-food products. You will learn product details, engage customers, and drive sales while managing event equipment and set-up in a retail environment.

You will maintain professional appearance, follow safety guidelines for food samples, and coordinate with store personnel to ensure successful events. This role supports Product Connections within Acosta Group and may require light travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to learn product details and convey pros to customers.

Responsibilities

• Complete in-store food and non-food demonstrations.
• Manage event equipment and supplies for demonstrations in the backroom.
• Interact with customers to intercept, engage, and sell products professionally.
• Set up and prepare the Event Table for execution.
• Coordinate with store management when the Supervisor is absent.
• Maintain clean and safe work stations and proper appearance.
• Prepare foods safely using required appliances.
• Submit required documentation and expense reports on time.
