Job summary

Acosta Group's Product Connections unit is seeking an Associate to perform in-store demonstrations and drive product engagement at retail locations. The role includes managing event equipment, maintaining professional appearance, and delivering high-quality customer interactions.

Responsibilities include coordinating with store management when the Supervisor is away, acting as point person for events, and ensuring food safety during sample preparation using standard equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Proficient ability to use and navigate a personal computer and mobile device using applications and internal systems.
• Food Safety Professional Certification and Local Food handlers permit if required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the equipment and supplies used for events to ensure they are clean and secured in the backroom.
• When Supervisor is absent, communicate with store management about upcoming events and past events in their store.
• Be the point person for all events being conducted in the store and assist other Event Specialists with kits, materials and tools.
