Acosta Group is hiring for an Associate who will perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations and drive product sales. You will handle event equipment, learn product details, and present samples to customers with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

The role emphasizes professional appearance, teamwork, and collaboration with store personnel to meet client objectives. This is a part-time role with potential adjustments based on business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Proficient ability to use a personal computer and mobile device.
• Food Safety Professional Certification and Local Food handlers permit if required.
• Stand/walk and lift up to 25–50 pounds; capable of using kitchen appliances and cleaning supplies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain event equipment and supplies.
• Be point of contact for events when Supervisor is absent.
• Lead and support the event team during store demos.
• Explain product features and benefits to consumers.
• Prepare foods safely and serve samples per guidelines.
• Submit expense reports and complete online requirements the same day as events.
