Job summary

Acosta is seeking an Associate to perform in-store product demonstrations, handle event setup, and engage customers to drive sales. The role requires maintaining equipment, coordinating with store management, and ensuring food samples meet safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include leading event teams, preparing samples with appliances, and presenting product benefits while upholding professional standards and appearance. Retail store environment and light travel are possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient ability to use and navigate a personal computer and mobile device.
• Food Safety Professional Certification and Local Food handler's permit if required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain event equipment and supplies to keep them clean and secured in the backroom area.
• Communicate with store management when Supervisor is absent about upcoming events and past event execution.
• Serve, demonstrate, and assist in selling products to consumers during events.
• Lead and assist the team in event execution and knowledge transfer to staff.
• Prepare and serve food samples while following food safety guidelines and using small appliances.
