The Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands' TitleMax location in Goose Creek, SC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to help customers access short-term financial solutions and to provide an exceptional in-store experience. You will process transactions, respond to inquiries, and build lasting relationships in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role includes hands-on training, access to a learning management system, cross-brand opportunities nationwide, and a path for leadership

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.
• Meticulous attention to data entry.
• Proficiency with phones, POS system, and Microsoft Office.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance; personal vehicle for workday.
• Background check required.
• Able to perform physical duties typical of in-store roles.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships and drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Enter and maintain customer information in a POS system with precision.
• Assist in account management and collections by accepting payments and scheduling.
• Maintain store appearance and meet cleanliness standards.
• Uphold company policies and comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• Work a full-time in-person schedule, including weekends (minimum 40 hours).
