Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the TitleMax location in Pooler, GA. You will support customers with financial services, lead daily store operations, and help drive performance while developing leadership skills.

The role emphasizes hands-on store management, risk assessment, and customer outreach with opportunities for advancement across our nationwide brands. A full-time in-person schedule is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months in supervisory or leadership role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with phones, POS, and Microsoft Office.
• Must be 18+ (19+ in Alabama).

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process applications.
• Perform daily outreach to market services and build relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery with strong customer service.
• Maintain POS and customer data accuracy.
• Coach and develop Customer Service Representatives when applicable.
• Attend stores and market events as needed.
• Maintain security, opening/closing procedures, and audits.
