Job summary

Trane Technologies seeks a Customer Sales Associate to be a trusted advisor for customers visiting our Trane Supply stores. You will assist with parts and equipment issues, deliver high-quality solutions, and help meet sales goals through strong product knowledge and problem-solving skills.

You will manage quotes and orders with care, ensuring accurate fulfillment and timely delivery while interacting with customers in person and by phone.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Inside sales, retail, or related experience preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and maintain professional service.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers and determine best resolution to ensure satisfaction.
• Partner with customers to grow sales by identifying related products or add-ons.
• Process orders, respond to inquiries, and resolve questions or complaints about Parts and Supply.
• Maintain knowledge of Trane products, offerings, and promotions to deliver premier customer experience and drive sales.
• Interact with customers on the phone and in person.
• Execute quote and order management with high accuracy to expedite fulfillment and delivery.
• Assist with warehouse/inventory tasks as needed.
• Flexibility to work overtime or weekends as required.
