Job summary

Trane Technologies seeks a Customer Sales Associate to serve as a trusted advisor at Trane Supply stores. You’ll help customers resolve parts or equipment issues and deliver high-quality solutions promptly, while meeting sales goals.

You’ll manage orders, maintain product knowledge, and ensure a premier customer experience. You will interact with customers in person and by phone, process quotes and invoices, and support warehouse operations as needed.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and maintain professional service.
• Inside sales or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers and resolve problems to ensure satisfaction.
• Identify related products or add-on extensions to grow sales.
• Process customer orders and respond to inquiries or complaints about parts and supply offerings.
• Maintain knowledge of Trane products, offerings, and promotions to deliver premier customer experience and drive sales.
• Interact with customers in person and over the phone.
• Accurately manage quotes and orders to expedite fulfillment and delivery.
• Assist with warehouse/inventory tasks as needed.
• Be flexible to work overtime/weekends as required.
