Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.
• Meticulous attention to data entry and accuracy.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer tools.
• Must be at least 18 years old; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships that drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Maximize customer success by offering personalized financial services.
• Enter and maintain customer information in a POS system with precision.
• Build new business by completing daily call campaigns.
• Assist in account management and collections by accepting payments and scheduling appointments.
• Maintain store appearance and handle opening/closing procedures as needed.
• Uphold compliance with policies and applicable laws; stay current on product changes.
• Work a full-time in-person schedule, including weekends.
