Job summary

Michaels in Wilkes-Barre, PA is seeking a friendly store team member to deliver outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure fast checkouts. You will help customers locate products, process transactions, and promote the Rewards program.

Responsibilities include stocking, unloading trucks, maintaining in-store plans, participating in BOPIS/SFS, and supporting store recovery to keep shelves in stock.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and handle cash.
• Promote Michaels Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Assist with stocking, truck unload, and planogram maintenance.
