Job summary

The Michaels Stores in Monroeville, PA is looking for a Store Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and ensure a fast checkout experience.

You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining in-store appearance, while promoting the Rewards program and Cards. The role requires standing, walking, and occasional lifting, with flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience; handle cash to standards
• Engage customers in rewards and private label credit card enrollments
• Educate customers on Voice of Customer survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
• Maintain store recovery and merchandise return/go back processes
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies, ensure compliance
• Interact positively with customers and teammates; model Michaels values
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
