Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands in Mishawaka, IN is seeking a Customer Service Representative. You will process transactions, assist customers with financial services, and contribute to a positive in-store experience.

We offer hands-on training, development opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package. This is a full-time, in-person role with weekend availability to support fast-paced store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Proficiency with phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships and drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Maximize customer success by offering personalized financial services.
• Enter and maintain customer information in the POS system with precision.
• Build new business by completing daily call campaigns.
• Assist in account management and collections by accepting payments and managing appointments.
• Maintain store appearance and handle opening/closing procedures.
• Uphold compliance with laws and company policies, and stay updated on changes.
• Work a full-time schedule including weekends and 40 hours per week.
