Job summary

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands in Tucson, AZ is hiring a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with check cashing, money transfers, and payments, delivering friendly, in-store service. The role includes training, promotions, and collaboration across our brand network to support community financial needs.

You will handle transactions, enter data into the POS system, and participate in local events while growing your experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus professional demeanor with customers and colleagues.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to accurately enter data.
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required.
• Physical demands include standing, lifting up to 25 pounds, and keyboard use.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships and drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Maximize customer success by offering personalized financial services.
• Enter and maintain customer information into a POS system.
• Build new business by completing daily call campaigns.
• Assist in account management and collections by accepting payments and managing appointments.
• Support on-site tasks, events, and store upkeep to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain store security, opening/closing procedures, and vault management as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and relevant laws while staying current on product/process changes.
• Maintain full-time in-person attendance, including weekend availability.
