CCF Family of Brands in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Customer Service Representative to help customers access short-term financial solutions. You will process transactions, including check cashing and money transfers, and provide exceptional in-store experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.
• Meticulous data entry with accuracy.
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a personal vehicle in daily use.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships that drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Maximize customer success by offering personalized financial services.
• Enter and maintain customer information in a POS system with precision.
