PAY-O-MATIC CK CASHI is seeking a Front-Line CSR for the Bronx, NY location. The role involves handling a variety of customer transactions, account maintenance, and promoting financial services in a fast-paced retail setting.

The position includes weekend/holiday shifts and potential floating to nearby stores within the Bronx area. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of related experience, strong communication skills, and a professional appearance.

Mansioni

Identify and respond to customers’ needs.
Process customer transactions (cash checks, money transfers, bill payments, prepaid products).
Open new accounts and issue cards (e.g., inPower debit card).
Ensure timely and courteous transactions and maintain customer accounts.
Maintain knowledge of Payomatic products and services.
Assist customers with inquiries and promote services.
Follow cash handling procedures and safety policies.
Maintain clean and organized workspace.
