Responsibilities

• Identify and respond to customers’ needs.
• Process transactions (cash checks, money transfers, bill payments, prepaid products).
• Open new accounts and issue cards (e.g., inPower debit card).
• Ensure timely, courteous service and accurate transactions.
• Maintain customer accounts (photos, addresses, phone numbers).
• Maintain knowledge of Payomatic products and services.
• Respond to inquiries professionally.
• Promote Payomatic services to customers.
• Follow cash handling and security procedures.
• Maintain clean and organized work area.
