Pay-O-Matic Corporation in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Front-Line Customer Service Representative (CSR) to handle in-store transactions, assist customers, and promote financial services. The role may require working weekends, holidays and floating to nearby stores to meet coverage needs.

As a CSR, you will open accounts, issue cards, verify data, maintain safety, and support a fast-paced retail environment. The position offers benefits and an hourly wage of $17.00 with full-time in-person

Responsibilities

• Identifies and responds to customers’ needs.
• Processes customer transactions including cashing checks, money transfers, bill payments and selling prepaid products.
• Opens new preferred customer accounts and issues cards like the inPower debit card.
• Ensures timely and courteous completion of transactions.
• Maintains customer accounts by updating photos, addresses, and contact details.
• Maintains knowledge of Payomatic products and services.
• Responds to inquiries regarding accounts or products.
• Promotes Payomatic’s services by informing customers about valuable services.
• Performs cash handling procedures and safety/security compliance.
