Job summary

Pay-O-Matic CK Cashi is seeking a Front-Line Customer Service Representative at Store 308, 592 8th Ave, New York, NY 10018. This full-time in-person role requires availability for the Sunday–Saturday shift with 2:00 pm–12:00 am coverage.

You will handle transactions using the POS system and provide a positive guest experience in a busy retail environment. The role includes responsibilities such as processing money transfers, reconciling transactions, and adhering to security and banking

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service.
• Previous experience handling financial transactions.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Availability to work at nearby locations when needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service following company standards.
• Use POS system for all transactions.
• Open and close the store and follow security policies.
• Process money transfer transactions and manage POS operations.
• Maintain compliance with banking-related rules and regulations.
