Job summary

Pay-O-Matic Corporation in New York is seeking a Front-Line Customer Service Representative for a full-time, in-person role with a 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM schedule. The CSR handles transactions, assists customers, and supports store operations across multiple locations in Queens and nearby areas.

Responsibilities include processing cash checks, money transfers, bill payments, and selling prepaid products, while maintaining a courteous and efficient service standard.
