Job summary

The Pay-O-Matic Corporation in Bronx, NY is seeking a full-time CSR to cover overnight shifts from 11pm to 8am. You will handle customer transactions, assist with financial services, and maintain store standards in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires 1–2 years of experience, strong communication, and the ability to float between nearby stores. The hourly wage is $17.00 and benefits are provided for full-time staff.

Schedule includes weekends and holidays, with flexible days as needed.

• One to two years related experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and responds to customers’ needs.
• Processes customer transactions including checks, money transfers, bill payments and prepaid products.
• Opens new accounts and issues debit cards.
• Ensures timely and courteous completion of transactions.
• Maintains and updates customer accounts.
• Follows cash handling procedures and safety policies.
• Performs cleaning and maintains a professional environment.
