Pay-O-Matic CK Cashi in Queens, NY is seeking a Front-Line Customer Service Representative to deliver friendly, accurate banking services and assist customers with transactions and accounts.

The role requires flexibility for weekends and floating shifts to nearby stores, with a primary 2 PM to 11 PM schedule. You will process cashing, transfers, bill payments, and product sales while upholding security and service quality.

Qualifications

• One to two years related experience or equivalent.

• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.

• Bilingual language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and responds to customers’ needs.
• Processes customer transactions including cashing checks, money transfers, bill payment and selling a wide range of pre-paid products.
• Opens new preferred customer accounts and issues cards.
• Maintains customer accounts and updates information as needed.
• Follows cash handling and safety procedures and maintains a secure work environment.
