PAY-O-MATIC CK CASHI in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a part-time CSR to deliver friendly customer service at the front line. You will handle transactions, open accounts, and promote services while supporting store operations and safety procedures.

The role may require weekend and holiday shifts, with floating to nearby locations as needed. This position emphasizes accuracy, courtesy, and professionalism in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Identifies and responds to customers’ needs.
• Processes customer transactions including cashing checks, money transfers, bill payments and selling prepaid products.
• Opens new preferred customer accounts and issues cards.
• Ensures completion of customer transactions in a timely and courteous manner.
• Maintains customer accounts by updating photos, addresses, phone numbers, etc.
• Maintains knowledge of Payomatic’s products and services.
• Responds to inquiries professionally.
• Promotes Payomatic’s services.
• Keeps cash handling procedures.
• Maintains a clean and secure work environment.
