Job summary

Trane Technologies is looking for a Customer Sales Associate to assist customers at our Trane Supply stores, resolving parts or equipment issues and delivering timely, quality parts and solutions. You will build relationships, meet sales goals, and stay current on product offerings and promotions.

This on-site role requires strong communication, teamwork, and a commitment to safety and superior service for customers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required
• Experience in fast-paced customer-focused environments
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and provide professional service

Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers and resolve problems to ensure satisfaction
• Partner with customers to grow sales by identifying related products or add-ons
• Process customer orders and respond to inquiries or complaints regarding Parts and Supply
• Stay informed on Trane products, offerings, and promotions to deliver premier customer experiences and drive sales
• Interact with customers by phone and in person
• Execute quote and order management processes with high accuracy to expedite fulfillment
• Assist with warehouse/inventory management as needed
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends as required
