Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a client services related capacity.
• Retail environment or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain in-store sales and service experience to meet KPIs.
• Connect with in-store clients and build repeat business.
• Maintain knowledge of apparel, fit, fabric and usage.
• Support in-store events and CRM activities to drive sales.
• Uphold client service standards and store policies.
• Foster a friendly, welcoming environment and teamwork.
• Keep front-of-house and stock areas organized.
