Avocado Green Brands is seeking a Retail Brand Experience Associate to join our Santa Monica team. This on-site role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, meeting sales KPIs, and maintaining product knowledge across categories.

You will collaborate with CX, marketing and logistics to optimize operations and minimize returns. The position is full-time, hourly, with overtime eligibility and a monthly bonus.

Qualifications

• Customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and a positive attitude.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (TalkDesk, Intercom, Kustomer) is a plus.
• Ability to meet sales KPIs and goals.

Responsabilités

• Engage in daily in-person sales to meet KPIs.
• Maintain product knowledge and upsell.
• Assist guests with customer experience issues.
• Record recurring feedback to internal teams.
• Collaborate with CX, production and logistics to reduce returns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
