You will drive sales, maintain product knowledge, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across in-store and digital channels. Responsibilities include engaging customers, following up via CRM tools, and collaborating with CX, production, and logistics to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• Customer service or retail experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience responding to live chats and using a CRM platform is a plus.
• Experience tracking KPIs or sales goals is a plus.
• Be passionate about brand values and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on procedures.
