Avocado Green Brands in Corte Madera, CA is seeking a FULL-TIME Retail Brand Experience Associate to drive in-store and digital sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience and promoting our healthy-living, eco-friendly mission.

You’ll engage with guests daily, maintain product knowledge, respond to live chats, track KPIs, and collaborate with customer experience, production and logistics teams; a flexible weekend/holiday schedule is required and a monthly bonus is offered alongside

Qualifications

• Customer service or retail experience is a plus.
• Experience responding to live chats and using a CRM platform (TalkDesk, Intercom, Kustomer, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience tracking KPIs or Sales Goals is a plus.
• Be passionate about our brand’s values of healthy living, environmental awareness, and social responsibility.
• Excellent verbal and written communicator with a passion for people.

Responsibilities

• Engage in daily in person sales activities, including chats, phones, and virtual appointments.
• Ensure the sales floor remains clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• Assist with planning and executing events & community programs.
• Suggest methods to improve area operations, efficiency, and service.
• Assist guests with resolving customer experience issues and provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Record and relay recurring customer feedback to internal teams to improve the customer experience.
• Collaborate with teams such as customer experience, production, and logistics to maintain a low return rate.
