Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in North Conway, NH is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You’ll greet guests, share product knowledge, and deliver an amazing shopping experience that leaves customers coming back.

As the face of the brand, you’ll educate guests on AE and Aerie offerings, promote the loyalty program, and flex across salesfloor, fitting room, and stockroom while upholding store standards and integrity.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy interacting with guests in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Able to work flexible evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Love AE and Aerie products and share brand passion.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• You're a people person! You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they're looking for, and you do so with a 'friends first' mindset.
• You're passionate about AE & Aerie product! Educate guests on product details and make product suggestions.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player - #teamwork and assist your team to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies & procedures.
