Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the AE and Aerie experience to every guest. You will be the face of the brand in-store, energizing shoppers and sharing product knowledge to build loyalty and a positive shopping experience.

You will move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed, working evenings, weekends and holidays to support busy times. Prioritize guest satisfaction while embodying our real, inclusive brand values.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing mindset with energy for fast-paced retail.
• Experience assisting guests and selling products in-store is preferred.
• Ability to switch between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model with a friendly, proactive approach.
• Educate guests on AE and Aerie products and suggest items to fit needs.
• Introduce the AE loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Support in multiple store zones as needed to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to store policies and procedures.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and help teammates get the job done.
