Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Bay Shore, NY, is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You are the face of our company and should be passionate about AE and Aerie products.

You will use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests, educate them on product details, and promote loyalty programs. Flexibility to work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom is required.

Qualifications

• People skills and ability to engage customers in a fast-paced retail environment.
• High energy with the ability to multitask across zones.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage every guest and help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items that fit their needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Be a team player and support the store team to get the job done.
• Adhere to AEO policies and procedures with integrity.
