You are the face of our company, passionate about AE/Aerie products, and eager to build brand loyalty while representing our values. You will move between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, educating guests on products and loyalty options, while providing friendly service and solutions that align with policy and

Responsibilities

• You're a people person! Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest with a friends-first mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Be a team player – #teamwork – and help your colleagues get the job done.
• Uphold integrity by adhering to AEO's policies and procedures.
