Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters seeks a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in store. You’ll deliver an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on AE and Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program with a friendly, energetic attitude.

You’ll flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, solving guest issues while upholding policy. Prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You’re full of energy and can multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• You’re available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You’ve worked in retail before.

Responsibilities

• You're a people person! Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support your team and contribute to a positive store environment.
