• Promote the AEO loyalty program to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests and help them find what they want.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest fits.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns and ensure guests have a great shopping day.
