Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Concord, NC is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store and provide an amazing shopping experience.

You are the face of our company, love the products, and build brand loyalty with every guest. You’ll educate guests on AE & Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You are energetic and can handle a fast-paced environment.
• You are available to work during evenings, weekends and holidays.
• You have worked in retail before.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the Selling Model to find exactly what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest suitable items.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Move between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support the store team.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AE policies.
