American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Tilton, NH. You will help create an amazing shopping experience, representing the brand and values with your real self every day.

You will engage guests, educate them on AE & Aerie products, and promote loyalty programs. The role requires energy, flexibility across store zones, and a passion for retail excellence.

Qualifications

• People person with the AEO Selling Model focus.
• Passion for AE & Aerie products; educate and suggest.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and offer suggestions.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following policy.
• Be a team player and support the store team.
