Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store and provide an amazing shopping experience. You are the face of the company, passionate about products, and committed to building brand loyalty with every guest.

Youll engage guests using the AE Selling Model, educate them on product details, and promote AE loyalty programs. The role requires flexibility to work on the salesfloor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You're available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends & holidays!).
• You've worked in retail before. #practicemakesperfect
• You're at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• You're a people person! You engage with every guest using the AE Selling Model to help them find exactly what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make thoughtful suggestions.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while sticking to company policy.
• Support your team to get the job done.
