Job summary

You will work a full-time schedule, lift up to 49 pounds, and interact with warehouse teams, delivery partners, and customers to resolve issues quickly and maintain high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Basic qualifications include high school or equivalent, customer service experience, and proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in dynamic environments.
• Familiarity with multiple web browsers, data base searching, and instant messenger tools.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers directly in-person, by phone, and by email.
• Empathize with customer needs and set realistic expectations.
• Resolve issues and provide accurate information to customers.
• Compose clear, concise written responses to customer issues.
• Make quick and effective decisions to achieve positive outcomes for customers.
• Work a flexible full-time schedule (40+ hours per week).
• Support resolution when delivery issues arise and coordinate with delivery partners.
