Job summary

Amazon Delivery Station is seeking a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate to provide in-station, real-time support and ensure on-time deliveries. You will coordinate with warehouse teams, delivery partners, and customers to resolve issues and provide accurate information.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in customer service.
Experience with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Ability to manage time effectively in dynamic environments.
Experience with computer and web-based tools.

Responsibilities

Communicate with customers directly in-person, in addition to communicating via phone and email.
Empathize with and prioritize customer needs.
