Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate to provide in-station, real-time support ensuring on-time deliveries. You will interact with customers directly and with delivery partners to resolve issues and set expectations, while maintaining high service standards.

The role requires adapting to a dynamic, fast-paced environment, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 49 pounds. This position is a full-time, 40+ hour per week role based at a last-mile delivery facility in

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent.
• Experience in Customer Service.
• Experience working with computers and Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel).
• Experience prioritizing and managing time effectively in dynamic environments.
• Experience working with computer and web based tools.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with customers directly in person, by phone, and email.
• Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs.
• Resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations with customers.
• Standing and walking during shifts lasting up to 12 hours.
• Working in a dynamic environment with variable noise levels and temperatures.
