Job summary

Amazon in Springfield, MO is seeking a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate to provide in-person and remote support ensuring on-time deliveries. You’ll communicate with customers, reschedule deliveries when needed, and guide them to the right experts for accurate information.

You’ll work at a last-mile warehouse, partnering with our delivery network and operations teams to resolve issues quickly and maintain outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in Customer Service.
• Experience with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
• Strong time management in dynamic environments.
• Experience with performance metrics and KPIs.
• Experience with written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with customers directly in-person, in addition to communicating via phone and email.
• Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs.
• Upholding company values and respecting every customer.
• Resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations with customers.
• Clearly understanding and responding appropriately to the issues that customers present.
• Consistently composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses to customer issues.

• Working a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule.
