Job summary

Pier Sixty-Six Resort in Fort Lauderdale is seeking an In Room Dining Server to join our hospitality team. You will greet guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and check guest satisfaction to turn interactions into moments of magic.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Management team, you will support guests, residents, and members with excellence. The role requires a high level of guest focus, English fluency, TIPS certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days, and availability

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication, both verbal and written.
• Experience delivering guest-focused service in hospitality.
• Ability to work cohesively within a team to satisfy guest needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Serve courses and alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Provide exceptional and personalized service to guests staying at the resort.
• Liaise with kitchen to ensure correct orders and timely delivery.
• Process guest payments including cash, credit cards, and room charges.
• Safely transport orders to guest rooms and deliver with courtesy.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menu, ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens.
• Set up trays or carts with items, garnishes, and utensils.
• Anticipate and address guests' service needs.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with colleagues.
• Uphold quality standards and resort policies.
• Assist with other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
