Job summary

Pier Sixty-Six Resort in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a well‑rounded IRD Server to deliver a restaurant‑quality dining experience in guest rooms and on property locations. You will handle accurate order taking, proper setup, and timely delivery, turning interactions into moments of magic.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will ensure cleanliness, efficiency, and guest satisfaction while maintaining high standards of hospitality and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in food & beverage service.
• Food handler's and alcohol service certifications, or willingness to obtain them.
• Excellent verbal communication and a professional, friendly phone manner.

Responsibilities

• Take in‑room dining calls and coordinate orders with kitchen.
• Set up trays and tables with correct ware, linen, and garnishes.
• Deliver orders on time and present items clearly in guest rooms.
• Handle guest concerns with courtesy and escalate when needed.
• Maintain HACCP and safety standards in all service areas.
