Pier Sixty-Six Resort in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a well-rounded Server PT to join our hospitality team. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure satisfaction, while maintaining a clean, efficient dining area.

The role emphasizes friendly, professional service and teamwork in a luxury resort setting. Reporting to the General Manager, you will support restaurant operations, handle POS transactions, and contribute to delivering moments of magic for our guests.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or guest service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional and attentive guest service.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Organized and attentive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and cash handling.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant tech.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow instructions and adapt to the shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver friendly, attentive service throughout their visit.
• Present menus, explain items, and answer guest questions.
• Take and enter food and beverage orders accurately.
• Communicate guest needs to kitchen and management.
• Deliver orders promptly and maintain station cleanliness.
• Monitor guests, provide refills and additional items as needed.
• Process checks and payments following company procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and side work.
