CoralTree Hospitality Group is seeking an In Room Dining Supervisor for Pier Sixty-Six Resort in Fort Lauderdale. You will lead a team delivering exceptional in-room dining and minibar services, coordinating orders, and maintaining standards across guest rooms.

Reporting to the In Room Dining General Manager, you will drive service excellence, collaborate with culinary, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifikationen

• Must have previous lead server or supervisor experience.
• English reading, writing and speaking required.
• Strong communication skills and service standards.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

• Supervise and mentor a team of in-room dining staff.
• Coordinate in-room dining operations from order to delivery.
• Oversee minibar operations and inventory management.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and review guest preferences.
