Job summary

CoralTree Hospitality is seeking a well-rounded Food & Beverage Supervisor - Garni for Pier Sixty-Six Resort in Fort Lauderdale. You will lead the restaurant and bar team, uphold Forbes-level service standards, and collaborate with other outlets to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, you will train staff, maintain quality, ensure safety and cleanliness, and adapt to a fast-paced luxury environment while working a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED recommended.
• TIPS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Current Food Handlers card.
• Minimum of one year of supervisor experience in a luxury resort setting.
• Ability to interact with all guests and associates under pressure.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring the bar as well as the indoor and outdoor seating areas of the restaurant in a supervisory capacity as well as being cross utilized in other food and beverage outlets, as necessary.
• Ensuring all guests are assisted by restaurant service staff to provide a flawless welcome and dining experience.
• Filling in whenever needed, ensuring the utmost in guest service while caring enough to do it well by adhering to Forbes standards.
• Handling guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
• Adhering to departmental policies and procedures.
• Ensuring smooth service flow and efficient kitchen and front-of-house coordination.
• Addressing staff concerns and customer feedback to improve overall service and team dynamics.
• Training and motivating staff to ensure the highest standards of service and presentation.
• Being responsible for the cleanliness of the immediate work area and the general property.
• Resolving issues promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining complete knowledge of all liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections, correct glassware, and garnishes for beverage and food.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by management.
