Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests
• Set up, break down, and reset the In-Room Dining service station
• Deliver orders and amenities to guest rooms and spaces
• Follow hotel standards and Forbes 5 Stars during guest interactions
• Assist in filling in at other F&B areas as needed
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance
