Job summary

Fairmont Dallas is seeking an in-room dining server with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Early morning shifts begin at 6am, and you will provide attentive service, communicate clearly, and maintain high standards in a luxury setting.

You will interact with guests, support as needed across venues, and handle menu guidance by phone while following safety, sanitation, and cash handling policies. Excellent English and professionalism are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a server in a luxury setting is an asset.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent English required, verbal and non-verbal.
• Proficient computer literacy for virtual trainings.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work under pressure and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly, engaging in-room dining service.
• Interact with guests to ensure the best in-room dining experience.
• Assist as server in other venues when needed.
• Assist guests with menu items over the phone.
• Work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Follow safety, sanitation and cash-handling procedures.
